Structure:
Propargite is an insecticide used to control many mites including brown almond, citrus red, citrus rust, clover, European red, McDaniel, Pacific spider, peach silver, strawberry spider, twospotted spider, Willamette, Banks grass, Texas citrus, and sixspotted. For use on almonds, apples, apricots, avocados (nonbearing), beans, carrots (seed), Christmas trees, conifers, clover (seed), corn (field, sweet), cotton, cranberries, figs, grapefruit, grapes, hops, lemons, mint, nectarines, ornamentals, oranges, peaches, peanuts, pears, plums, potatoes, prunes, roses, sorghum (grain), strawberries, sugar beets (seed), and walnuts. Postharvest and nonbearing use on apricots, sweet cherries, and citrus.

Methods of Application:
Propargite is applied aerially, through groundboom, and via chemigation, airblast sprayer, and high pressure handwand.
PROPERTIES:
Light to dark viscous liquid. Soluble in most organic solvents.
USE:
Controls many mites including brown almond, citrus red, citrus rust, clover, European red, McDaniel, Pacific spider, peach silver, strawberry spider, twospotted spider, Willamette, Banks grass, Texas citrus, and sixspotted. For use on almonds, beans (dry), carrots (seed), Christmas trees, conifers, clover (seed), corn (field, popcorn, sweet), cotton, grapefruit, grapes, hops, lemons, mint, nectarines, ornamentals, oranges, peanuts, potatoes, roses, sorghum (grain), sugar beets (seed), and walnuts. Postharvest use on sweet cherries, and citrus. Nonbearing use on apples, apricots, avocados, cherries, citrus, peaches, pears, plums, prunes, and strawberries

TOXICITY: (Rat): Oral LD50 2800 mg/kg; Inhalation LC50 0.89 mg/l. (Rabbit): Dermal LD50 >4000 mg/kg. Severely irritating to eyes, skin.
HANDLING/STORAGE CAUTIONS:
Keep container closed. Store in cool, dry place away from feed and food and out of reach of children.
