PROPERTIES: Colorless crystals; mixture of two diastereoisomeric enantiomer pairs (A.B). Vapor pressure A: 0.22 nPa, B: 2.5 nPa, at 20¡ãC. Stable under normal storage conditions. Insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons. Very slightly soluble in isopropanol, toluene, methylene chloride, and cyclohexanone. .
USE: Baycor* controls Venturia scab diseases on pome fruit; Monilinia on stone fruit; rusts and powdery mildews on ornamentals; black spot on roses; Sigatoka on bananas; leaf spot and other diseases on vegetables and peanuts. Sibutol* as seed dressing for smuts, bunts, and seedborne snow mold of wheat and rye.
